To buy or sell crypto, place an order on our website. Before being able to place the order, you will have to upload basic KYC documents. Wire funds to one of our banking solutions and receive coins to your specified crypto wallet. If you want to sell crypto, enter your credentials, sign the online agreement and send crypto to the wallet we issue to you. Receive the equivalent in preferred fiat currency to your bank account. All you need is to follow the instructions sent to your email.

We are a fully compliant, licensed crypto-exchange. This is why all our customers have to pass a KYC procedure that involves providing us with necessary documents in response to anti-money laundering laws and directives.

Our KYC procedure is automated, therefore we encourage you to follow the instructions in order to be guided throughout the verification flow. In order to pass the KYC (know-your-customer) procedure, you will have to submit a valid proof of identity (ID/Passport/Drivers license), a proof of address, such as an utility bill or a bank statement not older than three months and a proof of payment (statement proving the transaction to Kryptovista). After submitting the documents, you will have to perform the advanced liveliness check, consisting of a short video in which our software will perform the biometrical face recognition and link it to the account owner. Note that when the total transaction amount is exceeding 10,000 euro or our risk indicators are triggered, we may also require a source of funds which can be a bank statement, stating the last three months, including the transactions sent to Kryptovista. Bank statements from electronic money institutions will be declined.

The services provided by UnderCrypto, like any exchange, are charge-based. However, we do not charge users any fees for fiat deposits. Other charges apply, such as a 0.30% fee on fiat-to-crypto conversions and a 0.75% fee on crypto withdrawals. These fees help us continue offering a seamless service that bridges the gap between fiat and cryptocurrency.

We currently accept major currencies such as EURO, USD and GBP.

Undercrypto provides users with a simplified and efficient method to manage their cryptocurrency, focusing on ease of use and security. The platform employs a balance wallet system, where users can see their crypto balances within the Undercrypto interface, while the actual cryptocurrencies are securely held in the platform's main wallet.

As soon as your fiat transaction is received and verified by our compliance team, the deposit will appear on your dashboard, ready for conversion into cryptocurrency. You will have full control over your funds, allowing you to hold them or withdraw them to your external wallets.

Currently, Undercrypto supports onramps for Bitcoin, allowing users to buy BTC directly through the platform using fiat or other assets. Users can easily convert their currency to Bitcoin, providing them with seamless access to one of the most popular cryptocurrencies.

For now, withdrawals are available only in cryptocurrency to users' external wallets, specifically in Bitcoin and USDT (ERC20). This means that once users have acquired their crypto, they can withdraw it to their own addresses, maintaining full control over their assets outside the platform.

Additional features and support for more currencies and functionalities, such as other crypto onramps and withdrawals, are planned for future updates.
